Pascal Industries Pte. Ltd. is committed to ensuring that we are not sourcing minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold) that fund armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries. 

 

Pascal Industries supports all efforts to end the human suffering and environmental impact that has been associated with mining in the DRC and adjoining countries and is committed to meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements that seek to eradicate this suffering.

 

Steps are taken across our entire supply chain to confirm our sourcing does not fund armed groups in the DRC and adjoining countries. As part of this program, we carry out a reasonable country of origin inquiry on the raw material which we use and perform supply chain due diligence. We expect our suppliers to have a policy in place and implement a system to trace the origin of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold supplied to Pascal Industries if there is any.
