Limited Lifetime Warranty

Pascal Industries hereby guarantees to the purchaser of their Products that all non-mechanical and non-electrical components shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Products. All mechanical and electrical components installed in or on the Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

 

The purchaser’s remedies shall be limited to replacement and in applications, installation of any parts that fail through a defect in material or workmanship. All customer-specified components carry our manufacturer’s warranty.

 

All other representations, expressed or implied, warranty or liability relating to the condition or use of the product is specifically refuted. In no event will Pascal Industries be liable to the purchaser or any other third party for any direct or indirect consequential or incidental damages caused by the purchaser or any other third party.
